These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Scoreline Ventures, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("SportCrow", "we", "us"), which operates sportcrow.com. By using SportCrow, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who can use SportCrow
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription. If you take part in fantasy sports contests or betting elsewhere, you are responsible for following the laws where you live.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your password secure and tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. One person per account. Don't pick a username that impersonates someone else or is offensive. We may reclaim or change usernames that break these Terms.
3. What SportCrow is (and isn't)
SportCrow publishes fantasy sports news, statistics, simulation-based projections, tools and an AI assistant (the Crow). All of it is for information and entertainment only.
- Projections are estimates produced by statistical models. They are not guarantees of how any player or team will perform.
- Nothing on SportCrow is betting, gambling, financial or professional advice. We don't accept wagers or run paid contests.
- Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Live scores and injury reports come from third-party sources and can lag behind real events.
- You make your own lineup, contest and betting decisions, and you're responsible for them.
If gambling is causing you problems, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
4. SportCrow Pro subscriptions
- Billing. Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Clerk Billing and Stripe), whose terms also apply.
- Free trial. You can try Pro free for one day, once per person. No payment method is needed to start. If you add one before the trial ends, your subscription starts when the trial ends and you're charged the price you picked, unless you cancel first. If you don't, you go back to the free plan and aren't charged. Using extra accounts to get more trials isn't allowed. We may change or end the trial offer at any time; that doesn't affect a trial you've already started.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We'll tell you in advance before any price increase applies to you.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
- Changes to Pro. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue Pro, we'll refund the unused portion of prepaid periods.
Features labeled "coming soon" aren't part of what you're paying for until they launch.
5. Community and your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt (for example, for formatting) and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting SportCrow. This license ends when you delete the content, except where it has been shared or quoted by others, or where we must keep it for legal reasons.
You're responsible for what you post. Don't post content that:
- is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening or sexually explicit;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- is spam, advertising, or promotion of betting or tout services;
- contains personal information about someone else;
- impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice. We don't review everything that's posted and aren't responsible for user content.
6. Ask the Crow
The Crow is an AI assistant. Its answers are generated automatically from our data and may be inaccurate or incomplete, so check anything that matters. Don't rely on it for decisions with real money at stake. Daily question limits apply and depend on your plan. Don't try to make the Crow produce harmful content or reveal information it isn't meant to share.
7. Acceptable use
Don't:
- scrape, crawl, copy or bulk-download projections, statistics or other content, or use automated tools to access the site, except as allowed by our robots.txt for search engines;
- resell, redistribute or publish our projections, rankings or Pro content, or share your Pro account;
- interfere with the site's security or performance, get around rate limits, paywalls or access controls, or probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- use SportCrow for anything illegal.
8. Our content and data sources
SportCrow's design, software, projections, articles and other content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share links and short quotes with credit to SportCrow.
Some statistics come from third parties, including nflverse under the CC BY 4.0 license. SportCrow is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, the NFL Players Association or any team. Team and league names are used only to identify them.
9. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on SportCrow infringes your copyright, email us with: the work you claim is infringed; the URL of the material; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature. We'll respond to valid notices and terminate repeat infringers' accounts.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using SportCrow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability and governing law) continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers
SportCrow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that projections or data will be accurate.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportCrow and Scoreline Ventures, LLC, and our members, employees and partners, won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, winnings or data, arising from your use of the site, including decisions made based on our projections or content. Our total liability for any claim relating to SportCrow is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.
Some states don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify SportCrow and Scoreline Ventures, LLC against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll give notice on the site before they take effect. If you keep using SportCrow after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
16. Everything else
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about SportCrow. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a provision right away, we haven't waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example in a merger or sale.
